Fat from liposuction, could be used as an soft tissue augmentation material, e.g. for breast augmentation, hands, cheeks, etc.

This autologous fat (from his/her own body) is free from allergy and very safe.The doctor should handle the fat very carefully  in strictly sterile technique throughout the procedures. The disadvantages from fat injection is the fat didn't survive 100% in the new place (average 40-70% survive). There are some report that occasionally the fat could grow more than 100% after several  years in the new place. Fat injection can be repeat every 1-2 months.
